Privacy policy

How Zeroph handles information in connection with this website and our services.

1. Who we are

This policy describes Zeroph’s approach to privacy for visitors to this website and for communications related to our work. For data protection queries, contact us through the business channel Zeroph has provided to your organisation.

2. This website

We do not run first-party analytics, advertising, or personalisation cookies on pages we control.

The site may load a Jira Service Management contact widget from Atlassian (for example jsd-widget.atlassian.com). If you open or use that widget, Atlassian’s own terms, privacy policy, and cookie practices apply to that interaction.

Like any site, hosting infrastructure or networks between you and the server may process technical metadata (for example, IP address in server logs) according to the practices of those providers. Zeroph does not use that metadata on this site to profile visitors.

3. Atlassian applications

Atlassian applications we offer are hosted on Atlassian Forge, within Atlassian’s cloud environment. Zeroph does not collect, store, or process personal data from those apps on our own systems; processing of customer and end-user data in connection with the apps is handled within Atlassian’s platform under Atlassian’s terms and privacy policies.

4. Support and other communications

When you email us, open a ticket, or message us about support or projects, we receive the content you send (such as your address, name if provided, and message body) and use it to respond and to deliver agreed services.

We do not sell that information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may share information only where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with subprocessors strictly needed to run our business (for example, email or hosting providers) under appropriate obligations.

5. Retention

We retain communications and project materials for as long as needed to fulfil contracts, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by context; ask us if you need specifics for an active engagement.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through your usual Zeroph channel to exercise those rights where they apply.

7. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” indication at the bottom of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
