Terms of service
1. Agreement
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Services Zeroph performs for you are governed by separate contracts (statements of work, orders, or master agreements). Where those documents conflict with these terms on a specific point, the contract prevails for that engagement.
2. Information on this site
Content here is for general information. It is not legal, technical, or professional advice. Descriptions of capabilities are illustrative; what we deliver for you is defined only in your written agreement with Zeroph.
3. No warranties
This website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeroph and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of this website or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeroph’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website (and not covered by a separate contract with its own liability cap) shall not exceed one hundred (100) GBP or the amount you paid Zeroph specifically for access to this site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater — recognising that this site is offered without charge, the practical cap will often be the statutory minimum that applies in your jurisdiction if the foregoing is not enforceable.
5. Third parties
Links or references to third-party products (including Atlassian) do not imply endorsement. Third-party services are subject to their own terms. Zeroph is not responsible for third-party sites, platforms, or outages outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The Zeroph name, branding, and original content on this site are owned by Zeroph or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission except as allowed by mandatory law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeroph from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
